K-pop Guidebook is an independent fan guide. We do not sell tickets and we are not connected to any agency or ticket seller. This page is the fastest way to reach us.

Report a fake seller

Seen a ticket offer, membership sale or "presale code" that uses a K-pop artist's name but does not trace back to the official announcement? Email report@kpopgb.com with:

  1. The link to the offer or the seller's profile
  2. The artist, city and show date it claims to sell
  3. Screenshots of the listing and any messages
  4. Your country, so we know which warning to add

We read every report. When an offer is clearly not traceable to the official seller, we add a warning to the matching guide. We cannot recover money for you. If you already paid, follow the steps in our ticket safety guide and contact your bank first.
